Executioner Punishment of the Damned is Bugged

I came across this bug myself while playing Pyramid Head but there is a current bug where Punishment of the Damned will not hit through windows or walls for some reason. Below is a link to a thread where someone else shows and explains the bug (this is on PC).

    They broke my main. Using my power COMPLETELY STOPS THE GAME. STUTTERING. LIKE. EVERY 2 seconds. I’m getting made fun of when literally id stomp the team. But behavior shut down the last report of it for being a duplicate. THANKS FOR BREAKING MY MAIN AND LETTING IT GO ON FOR A MONTH BHVR! Thanks 💕
