Wraiths Cloak/Uncloak sound bug

Has been this way since at least Singularitys release, yet no one has said anything in bug reports. Everytime Wraith cloaks/uncloaks there is a "whoosh" sound only audible within 40 METERS of his location, it has been bugged to be MAP WIDE for many months now.
Process boot, play vs Wraith, cloak or uncloak all the way across the map and sounds is still audible despite not being in his 40 meter range.
Not documented in any patch notes as a nerf.
