Crashing mid-game Fatal error: [File:unknown] [Line 1209]

The game crashes normally around 3 or 4 minutes into a match. it doesn't happen every match probably only every 3rd or 4th match. The game completely freezes and then crashes around 5-10 minutes later with the error report (above? if I linked it right) I have reverified the files to dbd and made sure all my driver were updated. My DC penalty has increased every time this has happen and experimentation to fix this issue has lead me to have a 6 hr dc timer :/
