Dark Sense, does it reveal for everyone ?

The Killers aura gets revealed. But for who? Only the Perk User or every Survivor ?

It's only revealed to you. The wiki is a little more specific than the game (https://deadbydaylight.fandom.com/wiki/Dark_Sense) but general speaking if it doesn't specify it's typically just to you.
