CIRCLE OF HEALING

If they make it so that they can heal themselves its overpowered but if they make it less then 50% of the normal speed than the perk is just too underpowered the problem with it is that one single perk could lead to more than 10 medkits equivalent in healing by just a perk slot
but if they make it too slow then it goes with the same problem of self-care that its too slow that youre just better off doing gens injured than wasting 50 seconds in healing

Difficult one.
Old CoH was massively overpowered.
Maybe if they got a way that everybody only could heal once or twice.
But again - difficult. Healing things are pretty strong overall.

Removing the self-healing was a fat nerf but it needed to happen. Allowing the entire team to heal by themselves an unlimited number of times just for 1 perk was way too good.

Honestly, if CoH allowed self-heals BUT capped the self-healing speed at 50% then it wouldn't have been so bad, but it's when you add medkits/perks that it becomes too much. If it only boosted altruistic healing then a slow self-heal would have been fine.
If it didn't allow stacking inside the boon then it would have been fine in my opinion.

I really think boons in general should get a range increase. Old Circle of Healing was the perk that was bottle-necking boons, and it's gone now. The PTB size (28m) would be fine or maybe even 32m.
