Is the description of Off The Record bugged?

My girlfriend who is getting into the game mentioned that it doesn't say any conspicuous action disables the endurance status effect of the perk like DS does. Is this an intentional design choice (for some reason), or is the description just bugged?

    I noticed this a while back. Endurance generally for survivors is disabled by a conspicuous action not just off the record. Good question.

    Vanishlord hit the nail on the head. Conspicuous Actions will prematurely cancel Endurance no matter where it comes from, so it's not mentioned in the descriptions of Perks. I can see how this might seem confusing though, so I'll make sure to bring it up with the team.

    I run with flashbangs and there's been a few times recently when I dropped a flashbang and then tried to use my endurance to tank a hit shortly after, but I got downed. Took a while to figure out why but yeah, I noticed the part which says conspicuous action, which flashbangs are.
