How to make Territorial Imperative good

Survivors' Auras are revealed to you for 3 seconds when they enter the Basement and you are more than 40 metres from the Basement entrance. The survivor who triggers this perk also suffers from the Exposed status for 20/25/30 seconds. Territorial Imperative can only be triggered once every 60/45/30 seconds.

    That would inform the survivor that the killer uses the perk. The current version of TI is not strong and therefore it is rarely used but at least survs don't know what's going on and tend to hide in the basement instead of running away.
