Killer favoritism
Game is decently fun but something that is incredibly frustrating is how weak the survivors are. None of the gear or perks are good enough to give a chance of survival against a good killer. I've seen people's posts complaining about how a certain survivor perk makes it take ages to be able to get them on a hook and I think that gives insight on why the killers are so overpowered. People complaining over survivors being able to hold out a little longer (Not even really have a decent chance of winning it just takes longer to get the kill) shows how much favoritism the devs have given killers. I've had matches where the hillbilly decimated all the survivors with only one perk and others where killers just didn't use any perks. The killers have so much favoritism you can't even see their perks until the match is completely over like yall think if I were to tell the other survivors its perks, they would get a unfair advantage. Most killers don't even need a single perk aslong as the player is good. I try keep sprint burst available to get some distance when I need to (when im actually in killers sight/being chased) at most it gives me 5 seconds after it's ended before the killers on me. Flashlights never seem to hit no matter what attachments I have on or how long I shine it in their face for, they're always knocking me before anything happens to them. The only decent perk and item that gives a chance of winning the trial is lightweight and medkit as you're better off hiding in plain sight from the killer than trying to outrun/maneuver it (depending on map) but you're unlikely to fool the more veteran players.

Survivors are not weak. There are many good survivor perks.
And being able to tell killers' perks to your teammates before the match ends is the unfair advantage that SWF would only have, what are you talking?
If Hillbilly with no perk killed all the survivors, I can't imagine how bad that survivors were.

We had a prestige lvl 50 in the match against the hillbilly. You say there's many good survivor perks but didn't name one.
I can't understand what you're saying in the 2nd part.
I've survived plenty matches and played enough to know there is no escape against a good killer, you can't even dodge their attacks/they turn the direction you try dodge in and hit 100% of the time.

Think I get what you mean with 2nd part. In that case name a single killer perk that would give survivors a advantage by knowing the killer has it

Prestige =/= skill level. I have seen many bad p100 survivors.
Good survivor perks: Deja Vu, Kindred, We'll make it, Resilience, Prove Thyself, Sprint Burst, Adrenaline, Lithe, DH, WoO, Deliverance, Distortion, Off the Record, Hyperfocus( & Stake Out), Reassurance, etc. There are stil many other perks that have good usages.

I completely agree with you. Right now survivors are just fresh meet.
It’s sad that survivors don‘t get good perks like killers with each dlc. I‘m still only using perks from free survivors and they aren’t even strong.
It‘s fair that 1 killer player has more fun than all other 4 survivors!!!!
Killers get everything: stronger powers, maps with no skill requirement …..

Survivors are at a greater disadvantage the longer the match goes on/people start dying. Dont exactly have the time to go around looking for totems. What advantage do survivors get by knowing the killer has terminus???

Sorry maybe I wasn't specific enough for you. There are no good perks to help you escape a GOOD killer. And don't you dare say sprint burst. You're sounding like you rarely play survivors but Wana act like a expert.

Terminus will not make survivors broken if they are in full health state. And knowing the existence of NOED itself is great information. It will make them play safely.

You're.... joking right? Please tell me this is sarcasm. There's no way you think Killers are being favorited when the game has been Survivor sided since launch and is only now starting to become more balanced. Sure there are unfair killers like Blight and Nurse, but Survivors have a ton of super strong perks. Adrenaline, Hope, Lithe, Off The Record, Built to Last, Streetwise, Windows of Opportunity, Resilience, For The People + Buckle Up and I could go on and on and on about many good Survivor perks whereas Killers only have a small handful of good perks which is why you see the same ones every game.
The game is actually in the most balanced state its ever been in, there's a few standout perks on both sides, and a small few killers that are unfair but that's it.
P.S If a Billy with 1 perk won a game that means he's either a God or you guys are really bad, sorry.

This game is completely killer sided right now. When you would see my rounds either for 4ks as killer or survivor.
All map reworks especially the knight map made kills too easy.
Killers have more useful perks than survivors and far stronger ones.

None of the perks fix the problem I've specified.
Once a good killer has his sights on you there is no perk that will prevent you from being knocked by it/there is no escape.
Didn't play at launch but I seen plenty of vids of survivors trolling the killer and yeah it was completely one sided for good survivors and now it's one sided for good killers. A team of veteran dbd survivors stand no chance against a good killer.
Against a good killer there's almost no chance to dodge their attacks and escape is impossible.

If you think the Devs favorite Survivors, than you may want to revisit all the nerfs they have done to killer.
There are tons of amazing survivors out there or even decent ones that put up a great fight against the killer. It’s either a skill issue on your part or a skill issue on your team.

Respectfully, this is a feedback and suggestions thread. You have given feedback “complaints” but you gave no direct information on how you would suggest making it balanced for both sides?…

Why do ppl like yall even comment? You don't appear to have read my actual post, you've made no arguments against my points. The one dude who tried making a argument against my points used terrible arguments that were easily disproven but atleast he put in his opinion and why he thinks that. You contribute nothing to the discussion aside from your opinion that it's a skill issue.

Besides a few killers with strong addons on specific maps survivor is actually the power role it just doesn't work out with 3 random teammates with many different motivations for queuing for a match
