Binding on ps5
Hi , im on ps5 , and its really difficult when I'm chased by the killer , i can't drop the pallet on him if a survivor is down under the pallet , and I cant bind any button of my controller , one for heal and one for an other action ( drop pallet , vault through the window ..)

Yeah the survivor set up isn't good by default, it would help newbies out a lot to change it. You have to do a reasonable amount of rebinding to get around this, Pinhead chains especially will mess you up badly.
Vault, using lockers and throwing pallets is known as 'Actions'.
Healing teammates and using gens is known as 'Interact'.
By default, both of these are bound to R1, which is why you're having the issue. So you need to separate them.
My binds are:
- L1 - Actions / Secondary Action, Skill Check / Wiggle Left
- L2 - Run
- R1 - Pick Up Items, Interact / Wiggle Right
- R2 - Use Item
- Triangle - Drop Item
- Circle - Crouch
- Cross - Activate Ability 1
- Square - Activate Ability 2
- Touchpad - Activate Event Ability
Will take you a couple of game to get used to, but it means all your time critical buttons are the R1 and L1 triggers, and none of your actions will interupt each other.

change your binds!
i use:
L1 for running and hitting skill checks
square for actions like repair a generator, pick up an item etc
R1 for dropping pallets, vaulting etc
circle for dropping itens
L2 for crouch
R2 for items
X for ability 1
right arrow for ability two
r3 for event
