Hawkins National Laboratory bugged Vault Location

A Vault location in one of the large rooms (highlighted in blue below) that contains 2 Staircases to a center walkway, 2 Vault locations and the 'Drop Pod' is placed too close to a hook causing Killers to get stuck mid-air if they choose to vault while survivors fall freely. Only known way to get out of this bug is to have the hook sabotaged by a survivor and Lunging toward either side of the hook.
Unaware if this problem exists on every iteration of Hawkins or if it can be modified by using either Oak offerings.
