We are investigating an issue in the game that causes strobing/flashing lights, and are focused on fixing it as soon as possible. Some players may be impacted by this issue and experience discomfort from it, so we recommend taking proper precautions.

I can't found information about that in patch notes.

    His terror radius is increased to 32m from 24m when he got buffed in last update that came with Chucky. It was increased due to his movement speed increase and this was also mentioned in first PTB patch notes.
