camaraderie perk is not leveling to purple

my nancy is p13 atm and the camaraderie perk isn’t going to purple or showing up in the bloodweb and that should of been purple by at least p3 unless it’s something to do with the stranger things perks being reverted back to their own characters and still hasn’t been fixed yet but this is just an annoyance
