Rift number smth
Why is the next rift on Jan 31st? I've been waiting since December for this next one cause I thought it would be mid January but it's the last day of Jan like why not make it February 1st instead 😭
Anways serious question.. whos gonna be in the next rift? Like is Meg or Kate gonna be in there?
Cause I would definitely buy it.

I'd like an outfit for Gabriel, he's been out for a while but he's lacking in the cosmetic department. I'd also like outfits for David, Felix, and Jonah; it feels like they haven't gotten anything in a while. Elodie and Vittorio would be nice too.

I've never purchased a cosmetic. If we get a Feng Godzilla outfit I'll change my mind.

I wonder what cosmetics they'll give Alan. The only other outfits that i cank= think of are his Alan Wake 1 jacket and his American Nightmare flannel shirt. Do you think BHVR has permission to make up original outfits like they did for the SAW characters and Ghostface?

The rift always releases the day after the Mid-Chapter drops.

It actually wouldn't be earlier than usual. There tends to be a little gap in updates over the holidays. The studio closes for a week, and many people take extra time off to be with their families, so we try not to push any new content around that time in case something goes wrong. The last thing we want is to push an update right before we leave, have something break, then not be able to fix it until everyone returns.
Silver lining, this is a great chance to go back and catch up on any older Tomes you haven't finished!

It typically is. A Rift is typically open for 10 weeks. However, given the holidays & the winter event, this most recent rift was open a little while longer. That said, if you had already completed the Rift early and were waiting for more, the wait would be a little longer than usual this time.

It's gonna be Alan and deathslinger! Which is a solid rift, but I would personally be interested more in something for Huntress, Zarina, Elodie or Yui (As I believe they haven't been a main character of a rift)

Honestly. With the exception of the alien midchapter/Halloween event, Gabriel has gotten at least a skin every update. It's just that its lacking in diversity and they are giving him lore accurate skins. Which is good, but it can be a bit stale when it's hard to combo space suits with other skins.
