Alan Wake's perks are classic perks "adept only and never again" .

A proposal for the future: organize a contest to create new perks, the same contest you organize once a year to create new cosmetics for surv/killers.

In this case they would be general perks, one for survivors and one for killers.

Is it too ambitious idea?

    Time to suggest my idea of adding a perk that’s basically original decisive strike renamed
