I am missing Detective Tap,Quinten Smith and ASH WILLIAMS along with the killers they come with and I am also missing cenobite with my legacy cosmetics along with a skin dlc I’m not sure about the name but it came with twitch streamers shirt or mask.As you see here they are locked but in one picture I am playing cenobite and on the other I am playing freddy sorry that the Freddy mori is ruinging it I was running out of space so I had to delete some screenshots .

    Are you on Steam? How long ago did you lose your characters? Was it a few months ago, when Steam changing it's DLC policies, because you won't have any characters from DLC you were borrowing. That might be the problem.
