Plot Twist does not work with Adrenaline STILL

This has been problem in the game since it came out, but basically if you use Plot twist once in the game, and make it to end game, adrenaline will proc, and (assuming you are injured) in doing this it causes Plot Twist to remain deactivated when the perk says it should reactivate after the exit gates are powered.
The only time it should be getting deactivated logically is when Adrenaline heals you off the ground, as the perk states "The perk deactivates if you recover by yourself by any means," but being injured to fully healed still deactivates the perk.
