PC - Game randomly freezing

I'm on the Steam version at max settings besides FSR and have been for months. However, after the 7.4.2 update, my game will randomly freeze for 2 minutes and then crash.
It occurs as Survivor and Killer with any build and character, seemingly uncontrollable. This happens extremely often and occurs almost at random. As such, it's difficult to provide steps to reproduce.
This is extremely infuriating to deal with because it happens pretty much every game. I literally cannot play this game because every time I do, my game freezes and I get a DC penalty.
Also uploading logs so this can be investigated further, as they include information that likely can't be found otherwise. If there's anything else needed, let me know so I can add to this
