Hex: Ruin Should Work Like Overcharge

Ruin in its current state seems a bit underwhelming for a hex perk. Compared to other regression perks it doesn't really compete. If the regression started at 100% and grew to 200%, the old value, over the course of let's just say 30 seconds the perk would still be useful and would introduce some new ways to play around the perk. Maybe the totem is incredibly well hidden and you can't safely work on a fairly progressed generator. You could tap the gen to reset the rate of regression.

I don't really want another regression perk that can be stacked with other regression perks, but I really would like a hex that can be valuable on every killer. Devour hope and Blood Favor are just not as good on specific killers.

    I think that would be an alright change, the perk is hardly ever worth running in its current state. It'd also be nice to have a hex worth cleansing to better synergize with my Haunted Ground build.
