Trapper should drop the trap carry limit for a nerf/buff system

Simply put, get rid of the trap carry limit, and instead make a nerf/buff system based on the number of traps he's carrying. 2-4 traps keeps him in his default state, carrying 5 or 6 nerfs him with a slight hindered state and larger terror radius, and carrying over 6 increases that debuff further, but carrying less than 2 gives him a small haste boost and slightly smaller terror radius. Make him a bit more versatile, being able to better go between prepping and hunting.
