I am truly baffled...
I just played a game against wesker and he and this claudette were working together, she walked up to me while I was healing dropped a pallet on me so wesker would kill me walked up to fang and tbagged her while she was on hook and he downed her and let her wiggle and then she took him to basement where I was so he would down/hook me and kill me then he let her go through hatch
Then proceed to say in end game chat that she was on call with him.
Amazing teamwork 👍

There is a report option for that for helping the opposing team.
If you managed to snatch a recording, send it a report.

I definitely reported them but I couldn't screen record unfortunately but I did get a picture of their names

I had this crap yesterday with a Leon and a Chucky. It's ridiculous.

I had a case with a guy using bond to find the team and help Myers, after that he kept grapping people on the hook, so they could not suicide or get value from anti facecamp... while myers standing next to the hook.
I provided video evidence of this... and guess what?

How do you know no action was taken? Did they tell you working with the killer was not bannable?

The in-game report for Griefing (such as working with the opposing side to gain an unfair advantage or grief teammates) is all that is required; submitting a Support Ticket is optional for this kind of offense. And while video evidence is needed for some rule violations (i.e. reports of cheating or hacking), or can be helpful to add, it is not required for this particular kind of report. With the in-game reports of the players in question that flag the match, Player Support will be able to look into it, and issue a consequence if a player is deemed to be breaking the rules.
