Let me paint the picture for you.

I'm playing solo q, my matches have been HORRENDOUS. Tunneled, teammates running round doing NOTHING!

I'm losing my mind. I decide to play one last game in the futile hope that I can get an escape.

Well, I load into auto haven with the most disgusting 3 gen you've ever seen and to top it off the middle of the map has a hill so the killer can even watch all 3 gens. Ghostface can't belive their luck, they're practically drulling.

We get to two gens left to do and 3 of us survivors left. It's not looking good. The whole time GF stands on the hill looking at the 3 gens. I'm working on the forth gen at the back, my hope is Jake and Feng are working on a gen each.

Feng gets exposed and goes down, she's in the middle of the map. I do the action to tell her to come towards me, she sits healing. Alright. Jake goes down next. Again in the middle of the map. Now I fully intend to get them up but I need them to come away from the middle of the map under GFs nose so I can heal them.

They don't. They sit there under his nose.

GF finds me and hooks me.

YOU CANT TELL ME THEY ARE REAL PEOPLE MAKING REAL DECISIONS. THEY ARE BOTS.

I sit in disbelief that i got paired with the worse AI and decide for the sake of my mental health to delete the game so I don't have a brain aneurism.

    My assumption is that they're real people who basically got frustrated and essentially quit (hoping the GF would just hook them so they'd die). But they were just sick of being in a hopeless situation and just laid down to die.

    Every time you decide to go solo in Dead by Daylight, you roll a dice. You can get lucky and your teammates are good players who will do their best, or you can get situations like the one you described.

    Yesterday I had a match where 2 people DCed immediately when they saw who the killer was and the third one left soon after, leaving me alone with the bots. Sometimes these kinds of trials happen.
