New Flashlight Perk for Survivors

I propose the introduction of a game perk where, upon successfully blinding the killer with a flashlight, survivors would not leave scratch marks for a duration of X seconds. This would allow survivors to conceal themselves at a greater distance from the flash point, increasing the difficulty for the killer to locate them once they recover from the flash.

    This could simply be a buff to Parental Guidance, which already does something similar.
