Unusually large UI elements

The grades are suddenly much larger than they used to be (which, I guess, is a way of fixing them being misaligned but probably not intended ...)

Survivor names appear much larger too.

    Same for me, all my scale are at 100%. There was a patch that made it too tiny as killer for me, now it's the opposite

    Same, my UI Scale setting is set to 100% as well which never was an issue, until now.

    I noticed it too. I thought it was a bug with the FOV slider and lobby UI.
