Hillbilly Chainsaw Revving Gives Survivors Map-Wide Audio Notifications

When the Hillbilly revs his chainsaw, from anywhere on the map (Haddonfield), Survivors hear the chainsaw, followed by a strange audio Notification. It sounds like we won a prize.
I'm sorry I can't describe it better but it's a 'chime' notification sound.
Maybe sounds like a default mobile text message Notification?
It happened constantly throughout the trial.
I play on Nintendo Switch, in docked mode, with a Playstation 5 Headset.

The new sound is to indicate that Overdrive mode is active. It’s working as intended
