Once you have signed in, on the right hand side you can use the "report bug" button to be able to fully report the bug you've encountered. Thank you.

Alan Wake Cosmetics being Removed
I've had a few things to do today so when I've been on and off the game and 2 out of 2 times post getting cosmetics this bug has happened. I'll equip a cosmetic on Alan whether it be Classic Alan or Saga, it does not matter. Then eventually I will leave game and come back. When I reopen the game, my survivor has been reset to Dwight and my cosmetics and charms will have been removed from Alan and he'll be base cosmetics again. It also removes my loadout and I need to reequip it. This has happened both times that I got on after getting off the game.
Edit: This is actually happening to all survivors for me, but they're keeping their builds and cosmetics from prior to the update.

If you are on steam. Go to your dbd dlcs, click manage my DLCs, make sure next to the alan wake chapter dlc the "install" box is checked.
Saying this cause i know before if you dont have the boxes checked the associated characters dont remain in the menu.

I have this exact same issue. Pretty annoying while I'm trying to level up Alan Wake. Not to mention that there are tome challenges that require using him

It happens for me as well on ps5. Both survivors and killers.

I played my first round of killer since the update last night, I noticed when I logged in this morning that that got reset too.
