Unable to Load Into Game as Survivor

I queued up today (1/30/2024) to play Alan Wake as survivor. Instead of it loading me into the game it gave me the screen in the attached screenshot. It showed for my friend that I disconnected after having him on the loading screen for 7+ minutes. I never dodge games and it is frustrating to lose offerings to something I did not intend to dodge.
