Alan Wake won’t move

I just started to play today. Logged on to DBD for first time, bought the DLC, got to level 49 bloodweb, before I ran out of points.

Started the game to play as Alan Wake. Selected his three unique perks to go for adept achievement.

Game starts, I can’t move, I can navigate menu, send message of panic to other Xbox survivors, message of apology, then DC.

Start second game, exact same thing is happening. My character will not move, no reaction to any button press or stick movement.
