Singularity was on the outdated roadmap. The first roadmap they shown was updated, the 2nd one they showed on the reddit ama that had singularity was outdated. They never meant to show that one.

good to hear i dont want to see Singularity getting Big Power Changes i just want to see him getting some QoL Updates like makes the Pots less Clunky and nerf EMP
i love my Singularity how he is :)
