High ping for no apparent reason, just why?

Since from the middle of the month, my ping in the game has grown very much and is not decreasing. It keeps at the level of 200-230 all the time, regardless of anything. My Internet is absolutely fine, as evidenced by the results of the speed test and ping in other games. I've tried so many ways to fix it and it didn't help. Someone said that this could be due to problems on the servers and that it might pass with time or an update, but nothing has changed. What could have happened and how to fix it? It is simply impossible to play. For the first time in 4000 hours, I have a problem with the connection, I have already asked everywhere I can.

I have checked the ping in at least 9 games and everywhere it is not higher than 100, but for some reason here it stays at 200-230 and does not want to fall.
