Loadout not Saveing on Ps5

Im on ps5 and when I log back into the game. my outfits and perks are not being saved. when I log back in the game are my equip stays the same before the Alan wake update. last killer I used was Legion but when I log back in it shows sadako because I used her before the update. I have to keep putting perks on Alan because it don't save the change when I log off.
