Racism and reports in DBD

I see a lot of cases of racism in this game, but i never know if my reports are being truly listened. it'd be great if there was a notification in the game telling you if the person you reported was punished in any way, like they do in League of Legends.

    There is a report feedback or notification in the game that tells you when your report have been looked at, it will appear to you in the lobby when the devs have taken action against the player you've reported.

    Here's an example of what it looks like when your report has been handled. (The picture isn't mine)

    As Smoe pointed out, there is an in-game notification regarding reports. Harassment, especially in cases of Racism or Threats, are not tolerated whatsoever and when reported properly (In-game Report - Required, Support Ticket - Optional), they are looked at and handled, even if the player has their name hidden, or is on another platform (i.e. Globe Icon).
