Can we get 120fps on PS5?

There is a number of games that run with no issue on next gen consoles at 120fps. Is there something that would not allow DBD to run at such rate?
Also, why not add the other graphics settings that PC players have available since, I think, last year?

Back in 2019 they set a goal of getting all platforms that run DBD to get 60fps minimum. Like two years back they fessed up that they just couldn't do it, saying there's a resource bottleneck problem that apparently is insurmountable.
So basically it comes down to how the game was originally coded. I imagine that's why we won't see 120 steady anytime soon. SSD's do help quite a bit, but yeah it's the code.
