What does "Increases your maximum Look angle during a Rush by +20 °" mean in adrenaline vial?

Some people claim it increases FoV and others claim it helps flicking with your lunge, and I honestly don't understand what it means at all.

    you can look to the right and to the left 20° more while rushing (so almost J flicks)

    Exactly what it sounds like. You can look further to the side during rush but doesn't actually increase turn angle. But it can increase flick angle as it changes direction to the one you're facing.
