When will we be getting badges and banners for each killer? i have some killers at P100 but i haven’t received their respective badges and banners…

The specific plan about badges and banners for each killer is not made or announced yet, so nobody knows.

It has never been confirmed there will be banners/badges for every killer nor has it been confirmed that there will be rewards for getting to p100.
they have stated that they might add banners/badges for existing characters, sure, but no requirements nor when.
