Legion's Frenzy animations are snapping into position (instead of blending)

  • Starting Frenzy causes the weapon to instantly snap into position
  • Ending Frenzy causes the weapon and hands to instantly snap into position
  • Vaulting windows/pallets in Frenzy suck Legion into position instead of moving them into place

ALL OF THESE BUGS HAVE BEEN PRESENT FOR NEARLY 12 MONTHS.
