Lights Out looks great, but plays meh and Ideas
First and most important: Lights Out looks fantastic. Its amazing how a simple filter gives the game horror vibes again, isn't it? PLEASE consider adding dark/foggy filters in normal Gameplay Mode on like all Maps. I'm not talking about the Lack of Sight, just the Ambiante and Lightning!

Now to the Gameplay itself. It's meh. Having no Terror Radius is broken on almost every Killer. Sure, the Killer can't really see the Survivors, but that doesn't matter. For example Myers and Ghostface can stalk Survivors, without even seeing them. I tried it myself. Just look randomly around and stalk, Survivors glow white, so you know where they are, stalk freely and then walk towords them and one shot them. Or for Leatherface, just charge your Chainsaw from a bit away and then walk towards a Generator while swinging. Also camping and tunneling has never been easier. And no, this is not a whiny Survivor complain, i say that as a Killer.
Having no Perks and items is a double-edged sword when it cames to the Fun. I love having no Items at the Start and need to actually find them. It makes Chests useful and tones down the Gen Rush, that's amazing. However having No Perks is kinda lame for both Sides. It limits the Fun for both Sides, especial as Survivor since you can't have any Builds.
My Idea would be, that you equip your Perks before the Match as normal, but you need to "unlock" your perks in Gameplay. For example, completing a Generator grants you two Perk in your Build. So People would do their Objectives and get to play how they want. As a Killers i would say, you unlock their Perks when Survivors complete a Generator or just after some Time in the Match.
Overall it's a great Step in the right Direction. DbD needs more Gameplay Variety. But i don't think that this should be put in a New Gamemode only. Adding new Objectives and Gameplay Elements in the Main Game would be a better Idea i think. The only Gamemode that would be something, would be a 2 Killer Gamemode ar something like Prop Hunt.
