Ghostface camera moves back while lean stalking

Title. This issue used to be present a few months ago but it seems to have returned in the Alan Wake update. The ghostface's camera will improperly move backwards when lean stalking.

Clip recorded against a horizontal wall using the regular standing position as a reference. Notice how the killer's POV moved backward relative to the wall despite standing in the same position. It's unrelated to the player selected FOV.

This may seem minor but it actually hurts ghostface quite a bit. When the camera moves backward while lean stalking, he's forced to move more outward to be able to stalk players, and becomes extremely visible, more visible than usual. A fix for this seemingly minor issue would help immensely.
