Onryo can't be blinded - all platforms

I have a a 3 minute clips cut from 30 minute video of testing this in custom games and it appears Onryo can not be blinded at pallets after Projecting to a TV. She only seems to get blinded while breaking or after breaking the pallet. This doesn't seem to happen at every pallet but it seems to happen 3/4 of the time.
Steps to recreate:
1- try to blind Onryo standing at a pallet.
2- Onryo Project to a TV and try to blind Onryo standing at the pallet and while trying to break it.
