Game crashes and gives a ban

whenever i open a chest, heal or repair a gen the game freezes and then a few seconds later it crashes and gives a temporary ban that goes up every time it occurs ( first 60s then 5mins then 15mins and so on ) like helllooo? What is this? -_-
