Game closing randomly since Lights Out update

My game has closed without an error message or anything twice now and both times I've been given the DC penalty. This only started happening with the Lights Out modifier and I don't know what's causing it.
The first game was when a Nemesis hit me with their power when the trial started - I was full health with no prior damage taken. The moment I became infected my game closed.
The second game was against a Wraith - I was hooked and my game immediately closed.
I feel overall this is random but I have no clue what's causing it - I had no issues like this prior to the update. If anyone has any info on this it is much appreciated.
