Discounted from host error while playing Hag

2/3 games playing hag this week resulted in a "discounted from host" error and gave a time penality. In both instances I was in chase. The first to my knowledge had no trigger that I could discern and the second I had hit a survivor as they were falling. Unfortunately I did not have a recording of these. I verified my cache and found 0 files missing. I check my connection it is solid.
