Who has the best cosmetic like base cosmetic and store cosmetic in your opinion (excluding killers cause that's all this would be) my favorite base cosmetic would be zarina and store would be kates flower in the dark (I think that's what it's called) cosmetic

I mostly only play legendaries so yeah..
Kate has some really neat ones, I love her low rise jeans and shorts. She dresses like me irl so I'm biased towards a lot of her outfits lol
