Perks that I had equipped were suddenly unequipped when I loaded into match

I loaded into a survivor match with Felix Richter and noticed I had no perks on, so I thought i just forgot to equip them but was still unsure as to why they were unequipped in the first place. But then in the post game screen that shows the players names, perks and ranks, it said that I actually did have perks equipped? It wasn't just the perk icons not showing because the perks I should have had equipped didn't do anything in that match. When I got back into the survivor lobby, it once again said that I did have my perks equipped. This was on the normal mode (not the modifier) and only happened when I played as Felix Richter. I played one or two games as Yun Jin Lee before and didn't have this issue with her.
