Wraith's bell audio is global instead of only being heard within 40m
I'm not sure what patch it was that broke it, nor do I 100% know if this is still broken in the current patch, but from what I remember Wraith's bell sounds are currently being heard globally instead of within 40 meters of him.

The yellow Bone Clapper Add-On will make the bell map wide and non-directional. One of his better add-ons in my opinion.

This report isn’t referring to the actual bell, this is referring to the whoosh audio that plays when he cloaks/uncloaks which is meant to have a 40m range limit on its audio but currently does not.
The bell itself normally can only be heard within 24m. Bone Clapper makes that sound map wide, but doesn’t affect the whoosh sound (nor is it meant to).

the global cloak/uncloack sound effect has been there for years now.

It got bugged about 1 year ago, when they fixed the sound effect being completely gone when using the iridescent addon that hides the bell sound (instead of hiding just the bell sound it was hiding both sounds which was unintended). They fixed that bug, but when they did it got replaced with the bug we have now instead.

There are a bunch of killer sounds that are incorrectly global right now and have been bugged for literally years. Hag's traps aren't supposed to have a global sound, but they do. Same with Clown's bottles.
Examples here:
I think it started the same time as when Nemesis also had a global sound bug with his tentacle, but am not sure of that.

I have been hearing it globally as far back as when I started which was when Freddy was the new killer.
