First of all, I apologize for not being good at English.
- Killer perks affecting generators Killer perks that delay generator repairs are mostly triggered by actions such as hanging survivors on hooks or downing them. However, this means that strong killers or skilled killer players have more opportunities to activate these perks. This contributes to widening the gap in killer strength and skill levels.
- Sprint Burst, Balanced Landing, Lithe These perks are helpful for escaping from killers, but sometimes they can also serve as a punishment for killers who don't tunnel. This is because killers who chase survivors equally are more likely to encounter survivors using these perks. It would be challenging to repeatedly chase survivors using these perks. Therefore, if it becomes apparent that the initially hooked survivor is not using these perks, it might be advisable to tunnel them. Perhaps perks like Dead Hard should require being hooked once before use to address this issue. In that case, enhancing performance until performing a Conspicuous Action could also be considered.

Dead Hard does require being hooked before it can be used. You get one per hook state so two in total.

he is saying that Sprint burst, Lithe, Balance landing should only work once time per hook-state. He's request a nerfing to exhaustion perks.
It is bad if the player reading does not understand his post.
