PLs help me with a problem no connection internet

Good evening/morning/afternoon.

Literally yesterday I was still able to play dbd on epic games. However, last night and until today, it gives me an error about connecting to the Internet and shows the provider id. There are no problems with the Internet, I rebooted the router, rebooted the laptop, downloaded the dbd again. Nothing helped. Went to YouTube, someone says it could be this kind of permanent lockout. If I am really banned, then I want to let you know that I got banned by mistake. And please unblock me.
