In-Game Compendium - Information For Players Inside The Game

Hey all, I've suggested this idea in a lot of posts but I want to make a discussion on it and suggest to BHVR directly of an idea I've had to help mitigate confusion on killer changes, and maybe even give players more knowledge against things they struggle with which I'll just call "The Observer's Compendium" for lack of a better lore tie-in. What this is, exactly, is a compilation of every killer, power, addon, item, and gameplay mechanic of not just every killer, but survivor items and basic gameplay tips. (Perhaps written in the eyes of an observer of the fog or something, I'm not a loremaster.)

I would have this new section accessible in the loudout screen (above or below the shop tab) or at least in the main menu. This would not replace the tutorial, however, it would be an easily accessible archive of information on every aspect of DBD so players can find out why they lose to certain things and how best to manage themselves, their opponent and their resources. All of the current information hidden in the tutorial could also be moved to this new tab and leaving the tutorial page cleaner.

And I know BHVR likes to surprise new players with killers and make them more of a mystery until the players get used to their powers and counterplays, so I also suggest the compendium reveals every new killer you face or own to the compendium to keep the surprise aspect intact, but once they win or lose to said killer, can easily look them up and understand their kit and potential addons.

The compendium can also be updated every patch, and a ( ! ) emblem can be applied to the tab every major update so players know when a power, item or addon has been changed/buffed/nerfed, removing the worry of most players not knowing about changes.

I suspect not only will this help improve the lack of knowledge players have on new updates due to being unable to see every patch note, but could even help out a bit with lower MMR game health if more players are able to easily research these things without needing to look outside the game for information. It would also help counter more confusing aspects of killer powers, especially the ones survivors still think are previous iterations of said power.

If anyone has any ideas/criticisms about this idea, please share as I'd like to see something like this be applied the best it could be.
