Keep its current effects and add this new functionality:

Stopping a generator from regressing no longer removes the regression visual effects.

This change would make it useful for veteran players too.

At first, these changes will allow survivors to take advantage of a killer who just gives regressing gens a quick glimpse before moving on. Eventually, it will make killers question more of their regressing gens during patrol, making them physically walk up to the gens in case survivors have Technician.

It would be the end of lazy patrols from killers, while still having counterplay (the gen still gets louder between patrols and the killer becomes aware).

Edit: This buff, in turn, would give perks like Rookie Spirit more synergistic value. See regressing gens, go work on them with Technician.
