Inventory/Loadout Not Saving

On PS4.
Whatever my Loadout was before the chapter update is always what my character Loadout gets reverted to whenever I close the game and reload it.
Nothing that would normally trigger an auto save does so anymore (Backing out to the menu, opening the store, opening the Archives etc)
It's so frustrating, having to reequip a build that I wanna use on a character every single time. Especially when you play multiple characters not just one constantly.
