Inner healing bug

Inner healing stuck at green on thalita Lyra. Had it unlocked since stranger things left when was a base perk. P3 + on her and blood web keeps advancing with no perk option in blood web as advances. Never advanced Nancy past bloodweb 5. I will try dumping to p1 on Nancy and see if it advances. Then.

Stranger Things perks got returned to it's rightful characters so you have to prestige them now to unlock it

Not a bug. As stated above, now that the Stranger Things perks are back to being teachables, you have to own and Prestige the characters to 1 in order to continue leveling up their perks or unlock them on other characters.
